• Content you provide: Voice samples, images, and scripts uploaded for generation

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service (audio/video generation)
• To process payments and manage your account
• To send transactional communications (OTP, order confirmations)
• To ensure content compliance and prevent misuse
• To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience

3. Voice & Image Data

Voice samples and images you upload are processed by third-party AI services (ElevenLabs, Hedra) solely for generating your requested content. We do not use your voice or image data for training AI models. Uploaded content is retained only as long as necessary to deliver your generated output and is deleted within 30 days of generation.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing
• Supabase: For authentication and database services
• ElevenLabs & Hedra: For AI audio/video generation
• MSG91: For OTP delivery
• Law enforcement: If required by applicable law

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication (JWT tokens), and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
