By accessing or using Dil Se ("the Service"), operated by Casaa AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dil Se is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create personalized audio and video messages using voice cloning and lip-sync technology. The Service is available at casaa.in and related subdomains.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payments & Pricing

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
  • Impersonate another person or use someone else's voice/image without consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (voice samples, images, scripts). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for delivering the Service. The generated audio/video outputs are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove any content that violates these terms or our content policies. AI-generated content is checked for appropriateness before delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
